Upon arrival my husband and I were seated in the wrong balcony, left standing on our feet for 40 minutes without even taking the seats we had paid for. And so standing on our feet after a whole 40 minutes plus another 25 minutes to wait for the rest of the guests to take their seats during the break and exchange interests. While we had to keep looking for the places we paid for. It was cold in the hall, and the performance was not satisfactory for the amount of tickets we paid. There wasn't even a parking lot where we could park, no programs. We are disappointed and this will be our first and last time at London Ballet and Theatre.
On time, kindness of staff, ok!
Superb quality of dance. Slightly restless audience though!!
Thenks, very very nice
Loved the show. There were a couple of ladies in front of me who were on the phone most of the time, filming and texting, also chatting between themselves. Very annoying. No respect for the other spectators.
